Astra Engineering provides consulting services on environmental matters, in particular on the technical aspects of the management and disposal/recovery of waste, the management of atmospheric emission control, the drainage, treatment and disposal of waste water, the application of the IPPC Directive, constantly support to costumers both in terms of specific aspects (plants design and updating, authorization applications, environmental audits), as well as with global consultancies, which provide for the constant verification of all environmental obligations from Company (such as regular reports, discharge and emission controls, waste descriptions, bureaucratic paperwork etc). For this purpose, Astra Engineering also makes use of external contracted structures.
Waste management
The control for the correct management of waste are carried out, also electronically, guaranteeing the compliance of the documentation with the current legal standards;
Compilation of legal documents about waste management (transport forms, loading and unloading register, “MUD”)
Atmospheric emissions
Preparation of authorization applications in according to Part IV of D. Lgs. 152/06 (Consolidated Environmental Act), to be presented to the competent Authority for the construction and operation of waste disposal and recovery plants, taking care of the procedure authorization applications at the relevant offices.
IPPC
Preparation of application for Integrated Environmental Authorization (IEA) according to the Consolidated Environmental Act (D. Lgs. 152/2006), with identification of the Best Available Technologies (BAT) applicable to the case under consideration;
Preparation of the “INES” Declaration (D.M. 23/11/2001).
Measurements of the electromagnetic field
Measurement of the electromagnetic field generated near the radio base stations (RBS) and other equipment of electromagnetic relevance.
Electromagnetic risk assessment (D. Lgs. 81/08, Title VIII, Chapter IV)
Quantification of work staff exposure levels to electromagnetic fields (non-ionizing radiation) at ELF (0-100 kHz), RF (100 kHz-3GHz) and microwave (more than 3 GHz) frequencies.
Verification of exposure to electromagnetic fields induced by anti-theft doors (L.R. 2005/4 and ss.mm.ii.)
Verifications of electromagnetic fields induced by doors equipped with electromagnetic equipment in public and private commercial establishments, to protect the subjects with vital electronic systems.
Energetic certification
Diagnostic services for buildings, energy certification of buildings, inspection of electrical equipment, also with the use of high definition infrared termocameras.
